How far in advance should I book?

Airport and city trips can usually be arranged at a few hours’ notice. For Tempo Travellers, mini buses, weddings and long weekends, book a few days ahead so the right vehicle is held for you.

Can I book a cab for someone else?

Yes. Share the traveller’s name and mobile number; the driver details are sent to them as well as to you.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Airport transfers are fully refundable if cancelled 2+ hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, single-day trips are non-refundable and multi-day trips lose the first day’s charges. Call the desk or see the refund and cancellation policy for details.

Do you provide GST invoices for company travel?

Yes. Corporate trips get a GST invoice with the CGST and SGST split, and regular accounts can move to consolidated monthly billing.
