01What we collect
To run a booking we collect your name, mobile number, email, pickup and drop details, and trip preferences. For corporate accounts we also hold company name, GSTIN, cost-centre details and the names of travellers on the account.
When you drive with us, we additionally collect your driving licence, badge, Aadhaar, PAN, police verification and, if you bring your own vehicle, its RC, insurance and permit details.
Our website itself does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. Supabase, our booking and account platform, may keep a small auth-session token so you stay signed in — that is the only browser storage involved.
02How we use it
We use your information to confirm and operate your trip, assign a driver and vehicle, raise invoices, process refunds and contact you about your booking.
We may send you service updates about a specific trip — driver details, ETA changes, invoices and receipts. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where GST applies, invoice details including your name, address and GSTIN (for corporate accounts) are recorded as required under Indian tax law, with the CGST/SGST split shown on the invoice.
03Sharing
We share only what a trip needs — for example, your pickup details and contact number with the assigned driver, and billing details with your company for corporate accounts.
We use trusted service providers to run the website and booking platform (hosting, database, payment processing and messaging). They process data only on our instructions and only for the services described here.
We disclose personal information to government or law-enforcement authorities only where required by Indian law, such as under the Motor Vehicles Act or a valid legal request.
04Security
Booking and account data is held on access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit. Only staff who need it to run your trip, billing or support can see your details.
05Retention & your rights
We keep booking and invoice records for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes — typically the periods prescribed under Indian tax and companies law — and delete or anonymise data we no longer need beyond that.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or ask how your data is used, by contacting the dispatch desk. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
06Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
07Contact
For any privacy question, call us or email the office. We will respond within a reasonable time.
