Whichever you pick, the fare is fixed upfront, the driver is confirmed before you leave home, and the vehicle is matched to the trip — not the other way round.
Airport transfers to and from Kempegowda International Airport run on a fixed one-way sedan fare of ₹1,499, so there's no surge at 4 AM and no meter running on the expressway. Local and outstation trips are billed per kilometre by vehicle category — 13/km for a hatchback or sedan, 18/km for an Ertiga, 20/km for an Innova Crysta, and per-km slabs for Tempo Travellers and buses depending on seating — with tolls, parking, inter-state permits and GST itemised separately.
Corporate accounts get consolidated monthly billing, cost-centre tagging and a coordinator who owns your account; event and group bookings get a Tempo Traveller or coach sized to the guest list, with driver bata for multi-day movements stated upfront.
