Before you book a getaway

What is included in the package price?

Every listed price is all-in: the vehicle, driver bata for the full trip and fuel. Tolls, permits, parking, entry tickets and stays are not included unless the package says so.

Can I customise a tour package?

Yes — call the dispatch desk or add notes at booking and we will adjust the route, stops or number of days. The fare is recalculated on the confirmed itinerary before you pay.

What vehicle will I get for a tour?

We match the vehicle to your group size — a sedan or SUV for up to 6, a Tempo Traveller for larger groups. Per-km rates for a self-planned trip start around 13/km for a sedan.

What is your cancellation policy for tour packages?

Tour and outstation bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup; within 24 hours, the first day’s charges are deducted on multi-day trips. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms.
