Terms of Service

"We", "us" and "BLR Cabs" mean the operator of this website and its fleet; "you" means the person or company making or benefiting from a booking. These terms apply to every booking made through our website, app, dispatch desk or WhatsApp.

By making a booking you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you book on behalf of a company or another traveller, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking code from us by SMS, WhatsApp or in your account. Until then, a request is not a guaranteed ride.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, contact number and timing. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

For outstation, tour package and vehicle-hire bookings, the itinerary, kilometre estimate and duration you confirm at booking form part of the trip; significant deviations may attract additional per-km or per-day charges, quoted before you agree to them.

Quoted fares are for the vehicle and trip described. Tolls, parking, inter-state permits, waiting charges and applicable GST — shown as CGST and SGST for intra-Karnataka trips — are extra unless stated as all-inclusive.

Payment is due on completion of the trip unless you are on an approved corporate credit account, in which case payment follows the agreed monthly invoice terms.

Fares displayed on the website reflect our standard per-km and per-day rates by vehicle category and may be revised from time to time; the fare confirmed at the time of your booking is the fare that applies to that trip.

You may cancel a booking from your account or by calling the dispatch desk. Cancellation charges, where applicable, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

For everyone’s safety, seatbelts must be worn and the vehicle’s passenger capacity must not be exceeded. Smoking and consumption of alcohol in the vehicle are not permitted.

Our drivers may decline to continue a trip where safety or the law is at risk, or where a passenger is abusive or endangers the driver, other passengers or road users.

You are responsible for your belongings during the trip and for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your co-passengers beyond ordinary wear and tear.

If you apply to drive with us via /drive-with-us, submitting the form does not itself create a contract — it is an application. A contractual relationship begins only once we approve your application and you complete document verification and onboarding.

We take reasonable care to run reliable, insured vehicles. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as missed flights or connecting travel, except where caused by our negligence.

Force majeure — natural disasters, strikes, road closures, extreme weather or government restrictions — may delay or prevent a trip; we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continuing to book after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
