BLR Cabs runs one 24/7 dispatch desk for every kind of trip Bengaluru needs — airport transfers, outstation drives, corporate contracts, employee shuttles, guest movement, group travel and curated tour packages. Booking takes under a minute: use the widget on any page, call the desk, or message us on WhatsApp, and you get a confirmed driver and vehicle, not a probability.
Fares are fixed and shown upfront by vehicle category — hatchback and sedan for the city, SUVs and MUVs like the Innova Crysta for families, Tempo Travellers for groups of 9 to 14, and mini-buses and coaches from 20 up to 50 seats for events and corporate movements. Local and outstation trips are billed per kilometre at rates such as 13/km for a sedan and 20/km for an Innova Crysta; tolls, parking, permits and GST are itemised separately, never buried in the headline number.
We're based on Sarjapura Main Road and cover Sarjapur Road, Sarjapura, Dommasandra, Carmelaram, Kodathi, Harlur, Chikkabellandur, Attibele, Whitefield, Electronic City and the rest of Bengaluru's tech corridor, plus every Karnataka outstation route and Kempegowda International Airport — including the pre-dawn runs aggregators tend to cancel.

How far in advance should I book?
- For local and airport trips a few hours' notice is usually enough. For outstation trips, tour packages, Tempo Travellers and buses, book at least a day ahead so we can lock the right vehicle and a rested driver.

Are airport fares fixed?
- Yes. Airport transfers use fixed fares by vehicle category. Parking and tolls are extra where applicable.
What is driver bata?
- Bata is the driver allowance for outstation trips, stated upfront in your fare breakup.
How is my fare calculated?
- Local and outstation trips are billed per kilometre by vehicle category — sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller or bus — with a per-day driver bata on multi-day trips. Airport transfers use a fixed one-way fare by vehicle. Tolls, parking, inter-state permits and applicable GST are shown separately before you confirm.
Is GST included in the quoted fare?
- We show GST separately on your fare breakup and invoice, split as CGST and SGST for bookings within Karnataka, so the tax component is always visible before you pay.
How do I cancel a booking, and is it free?
- Cancel from your account or by calling the dispatch desk. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Airport transfers are fully refundable if cancelled 2+ hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, single-day trips are non-refundable and multi-day trips lose the first day’s charges.
