Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without cancellation charges.

Multi-Day Trips: The first day's applicable charges will be deducted, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

Single-Day Trips: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

Airport Transfers: Cancellation 2+ hours before pickup = full refund; cancellation within 2 hours = treated as a no-show; no refund.

Wedding & Event Bookings may be subject to a minimum 50% cancellation charge.

During peak periods such as Dasara, New Year, summer holidays, long weekends and special events, different charges may apply and will be communicated at booking.

For multi-day outstation trips cancelled after commencement, charges apply for days already travelled and other applicable expenses.

If BLR Cabs cancels a confirmed booking due to vehicle unavailability or other operational reasons, the eligible booking amount will be refunded.

Eligible refunds will normally be processed within 5-7 working days from cancellation confirmation.

UPI: Original UPI account. Credit/Debit Card: Original card. Net Banking: Original bank account. Cash Payment: Bank transfer, subject to customer providing bank details.

Any complaint regarding cancellation, refund or service must be reported to BLR Cabs within 7 days of completion of the trip for consideration.
